Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote recovery, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health goals through personalized treatment plans, combining massage therapy with Chiropractic care and Functional Medicine. Responsibilities

  • Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address specific client needs.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns, preferences, and treatment goals.
  • Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to develop safe and effective treatment plans.
  • Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate therapies for pain management and occupational health.
  • Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, patient progress, and relevant health information in compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment by delivering excellent customer service and addressing client questions or concerns promptly.
  • Stay current with industry trends, certifications, and best practices to continually enhance your skills and service quality.

Qualifications

  • Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification.
  • Proven experience in patient service, patient assessment, and applying various massage techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy.
  • Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy.
  • Prior experience working in a med spa or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Prenatal Experience a plus.
  • Assisted Stretching techniques a plus.
