Overview

  • Position: LPN
  • Location: Silver City, NM 88061
  • Schedule: Days & Nights
  • Tentative Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration: 13 Weeks Contract (40hours/week)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive patient care in accordance with medical plans and protocols
  • Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress accurately
  • Assist physicians with examinations and procedures as required
  • Administer medications and injections following prescribed guidelines
  • Support patients with daily activities such as mobility, hygiene, and nutrition
  • Educate patients and their families on health management and post-treatment care
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised clinical environment
  • Document all patient interactions thoroughly in accordance with healthcare regulations

Requirements

  • Valid registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) recognised by relevant regulatory bodies
  • Proven experience in patient care within a clinical or healthcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of human anatomy to support accurate assessment and treatment planning
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Compassionate approach with a commitment to delivering respectful and empathetic care
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or patient needs as required
