Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee programs that encourage social engagement and community participation.

  • Establish and maintain policies aligned with the social model of care.

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise program staff to promote teamwork and professional development.

  • Conduct staff evaluations and coordinate ongoing training initiatives.

  • Represent the program at external events to raise awareness and support.

  • Manage budgets and allocate resources to maintain program sustainability.

Qualifications:
