Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Program Director to lead a well-established Adult Day Care program dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centered services grounded in the social model of care. This leadership role focuses on fostering a supportive and engaging environment that promotes social interaction, well-being, and independence for program participants.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and oversee programs that encourage social engagement and community participation.
Monitor program outcomes and apply data-driven improvements.
Establish and maintain policies aligned with the social model of care.
Lead, mentor, and supervise program staff to promote teamwork and professional development.
Conduct staff evaluations and coordinate ongoing training initiatives.
Cultivate partnerships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and families.
Represent the program at external events to raise awareness and support.
Manage budgets and allocate resources to maintain program sustainability.
Identify and pursue funding opportunities, including grants.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or related field preferred.
