We are seeking a Promotional Products Sales Associate to join our team at Evangeline Specialties & Esco Signs in Lafayette. We are a small family owned business that has been "Getting Your Message Across Since 1951". Previous experience and vector graphic art skills are required. We use QuickBooks accounting software.

A Promotional Products Sales Associate sells branded merchandise (swag like pens, shirts, bags) to businesses for marketing, acting as a liaison to help clients pick items, customize them with logos, manage orders from start to finish, and build customer relationships, requiring sales, project management, and strong communication skills to boost brand visibility and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Serve as the main point of contact, answering inquiries and guiding customers through product selection, customization, and pricing.
  • Sales & Business Development: Prospect new clients, manage existing accounts, and build your customer base.
  • Order Management: Oversee the entire order process, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Problem Solving: Address customer concerns and resolve issues related to orders or quality.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in a CRM system and track sales activities.
  • Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and production teams to meet client needs.

Core Skills Needed:

  • Vector Graphic Design Artist: Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator (required)
  • Customer Service: Empathy, strong communication, and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Project Management: Managing multiple orders and client timelines effectively.
  • Product Knowledge: Understanding various products and customization options.
