Are you a warm, organized, and dependable dental assistant who thrives in a supportive, patient-focused environment? We're searching for a Lead Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our general dentistry practice in beautiful John's Landing. If you're looking for more than just a job—and want to be part of a team that respects, values, and genuinely enjoys one another—you may be the perfect fit.
Who We Are
We're a small, experienced team with an excellent patient base and a deep commitment to providing high-quality care. Our office is modern, bright, and equipped with top-of-the-line dental technology. You'll enjoy:
- A warm, welcoming practice with lots of natural light
- A private parking lot in a quaint, walkable neighborhood
- A calm, respectful environment where patients always come first
- A team that works hard, laughs often, and supports one another
You'll work alongside Dr. Aron Geelan, a genuine, ethical clinician known for his exceptional skills and caring approach. We will also soon welcome Dr. Kyle Geelan as an associate; he is already part of our practice, expertly crafting our commercial-grade lab-fabricated crowns, bridges, and appliances. The rest of our team is friendly, helpful, and truly enjoys each other's company.
We are flexible on start date—we're more interested in finding the right person to grow with us long-term.
Who We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate is someone who wants to feel at home where they work. You might be a great fit if you are:
- Timely, organized, and proactive
- Committed to high-quality patient care from open to close
- A natural team player who supports and uplifts others
- Someone who brings positivity, professionalism, and a calm presence to the day
- Looking for a stable, long-term role
Leadership experience is helpful, but even more important is your desire to help guide the clinical flow, support your providers, and maintain a smooth, well-run back office environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide attentive, high-quality chairside assisting for a full range of general dentistry procedures
- Maintain, or reestablish your own, back-office flow, helping shape systems that keep the clinical side of the practice organized, efficient, and calm
- Order and manage dental supplies, keeping inventory well-stocked and cost-effective
- Help manage and track restorative, orthodontic, and appliance cases, ensuring seamless communication with labs and timely follow-through for both the team and our patients
- Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms and support sterilization and infection control protocols
- Build meaningful, trusting relationships with patients and help ensure they feel comfortable, cared for, and informed
- Collaborate closely with our dentists and team to keep the day running smoothly and ensure the patient experience is consistently excellent

- A supportive, stable office with a long-standing patient base
- A positive workplace centered around respect, communication, and kindness
