We're big on helping our team members reach their goals, whether personal, professional, or financial. Once you're on board, you'll dive into our top-notch product and sales training, specially crafted for our agency.

2) Is prior insurance sales experience required?

Nope. You don't need any prior knowledge about insurance or sales. We've got you covered with all the training you'll need to thrive

3) Will I need to find or purchase my own leads?

Absolutely not. We provide all the leads you'll ever need.

4) What is the company culture like?

6) Is this commission-only?

Not at all. Our compensation plan is the most competitive in the state. You'll start with a base salary of $36,000, plus receive a great commission plan on top of that.

7) Will you pay for my gym membership?

Of course. We'll cover your membership at Lifetime Fitness, the most luxurious gym in Texas.

Compensation

  • $45,000.00 Base Salary + 50% New Bonus Commission (total of $65,000.00 to $95,000.00 annually)

Salary Range: $65, $95,000.00 per year

  • Ability to quickly learn product knowledge to problem solve, cross-sell, and upsell during each client call
