Our client is a top national Commercial Cleaning company who is experiencing 30+ years of sustained growth in almost every State across the country. They are a nationally recognized franchise organization, built on innovation, technology, and superior customer service. Their technology platform empowers their franchisees and clients with tools to manage operations, reporting, and performance efficiently. They are seeking a Software Engineer to help expand and optimize their internal systems, franchise tools, and customer-facing applications.

Position Overview

As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and improving our client's proprietary business software and digital tools. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and user-friendly solutions that support both corporate operations and franchise partners nationwide.

This is a Full-Time position and may be performed in-office or as a hybrid. Hours are typically Monday – Friday, 8:30AM – 5:00PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy software features within client's web and internal systems.
• Maintain and optimize databases, APIs, and integrations with third-party platforms.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure product quality and performance.
• Work within an Agile development environment to deliver releases on schedule.
• Contribute to documentation, process improvement, and best coding practices.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong Proficiency with SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Personable and able to work within cross-functional teams
• Customer centric mentality and attitude with a strong desire to provide Win-Win collaboration/solutions with internal team members (Franchise Owners and other Team members and groups throughout the company)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in C#, .NET Core, or ASP.NET MVC (preferred), or similar backend languages.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud environments (Azure or AWS).
• Exposure to microservices and API integrations.
• Experience working in franchise or multi-location business systems is a plus.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
