About the role

As a Product Manager, you will make an impact by bridging communication between client stakeholders and offshore development teams to ensure seamless product delivery. You will be a valued member of the Digital Product Delivery team and work collaboratively with Product Managers, Developers, and QA professionals across geographies.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as a proxy between client and offshore teams to communicate requirements and provide detailed documentation for user stories and sub-stories.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Development, and QA teams to launch web-based products and enhancements.
  • Ensure transparency and alignment across stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Understand and advocate for the end-to-end customer experience.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize collaboration between onshore and offshore teams.

What you need to have to be considered:

  • Hands-on experience with Figma, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and web development practices.
  • Proven experience working on B2C web applications.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable development tasks.

These will help you stand out:

  • Certifications in Product Management and Scrum/Agile practices.
  • Experience optimizing cross-functional collaboration in distributed teams.
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping and UX principles.

Work model:

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 4 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Greenwood Village, CO; Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance through our various wellbeing programs.
