The Sales Management Supervisor will be responsible for optimizing our sales operations through effective Salesforce administration and business process improvements. This role will customize and configure the Salesforce platform to align with business requirements, manage user access, maintain data integrity, and provide training and support to maximize user adoption. The person in this role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, administrators, and business units to drive successful Salesforce implementations and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and recommend enhancements to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Customize and configure the Salesforce platform to align with business requirements and other internal collaboration tools.
- Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions to ensure proper access control.
- Maintain data integrity by performing data management tasks, including data imports, exports, and cleansing.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.
- Provide user training, support, and guidance to maximize user adoption and proficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business units, to drive successful Salesforce implementations and integrations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in BA/B.Sc. Industrial Engineering, Information Systems Management, or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation. Understanding of the Salesforce platform, including standard and custom objects, data modeling, and security.
- Ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business units, developers, and administrators.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing processes is a plus.
- Fluent English communications skills both written and oral, Mandarin is plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours according to business needs.
- Must have good internet connectivity and a distraction-free environment for working at home, in accordance with local guidelines.
- Travel up to 25 – 50% as needed.
