Primary locations are Hicksville and Hempstead.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Visit senior centers to deliver short presentations (10–15 minutes) on health topics like hypertension, vital signs, and chronic care management.
  • Assist in gathering tax-related documents and forward them to our internal tax team for processing.
  • Help administer outreach sites, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.
  • Coordinate with local organizations to identify seniors who may benefit from our services.
  • Travel to community sites as needed (transportation/fuel reimbursed per policy).

Qualifications

  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
  • Experience in urgent care, primary care, or community health settings.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Compassionate, culturally sensitive, and patient-focused.
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish, Urdu, etc) are a plus.
