The Computer Support Specialist ensures optimal functionality and accessibility 
of all IT systems that are utilized by end users including computers, basic networking, 
printers/scanners, and both mobile and desktop phones.

Duties and Responsibilities:


• Provide software and technical assistance.

• Responsible for reimaging hardware for production needs.

• Responsible for maintaining inventory across applications.

• Assists with reporting and auditing of systems.

• Responsible for software testing on new implementations.

• Perform hardware and software installations, configurations, and updates as needed.

• Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources.

• Provide introductory training on AHCH software and applications.

• Create and maintain job aids, tips and tricks solutions for AHCH staff use

• Familiarity with change control. 

* Onboarding and offboarding as relevant to the IT process.
*Develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams and departments.

• Comply with all AHCH policies and procedures.

• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• In depth knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, etc.

• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software including desktops/laptops, printers, active 
directory, basic networking, and mobile/desktop phone systems

• High level of organization, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills

• Strong critical thinking skills

• Ability to work in a collaborative manner with all levels of organizational staff

• Experience with ticketing systems (BMS/Kaseya)

• Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2 years of relevant experience in a 100+ user organization

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience writing job aids, SOP documents

• Previous IT support role in clinical healthcare environment and/or HIPAA compliance

• Bilingual- Spanish/English

• Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field
