Are you ready to be at theFORE-FRONT of one of the coolest Men's Grooming experiences in Utah? Hammer & Nails is currently looking for outgoing, personable membership concierges to add to our ROCK STAR team.

At Hammer & Nails, we provide MORE than just haircuts, we provide EXPERIENCES that men can't get anywhere else. Our Shop concept welcomes men into the art of grooming by offering the exceptional technical services of an old school barber shop and nail salon, with the feel of an exclusive lounge where any man can put his feet up in our over-sized leather chairs, sip on his favorite drink, and relax while being treated like a king. We believe in affordable luxury experiences that aren't pretentious, but accessible to everyone.

Job Overview:

Member Concierge responsibilities include: Offering a friendly welcome to each client and facilitating a seamless transition between their arrival, service, and check out. This role combines the hospitality of a concierge with the organizational skills of a front desk professional; focused heavily on building relationships, educating clients on our products, services and membership tiers. Assist in other various operational and shop duties for Owner, General Manager, fellow MCs, and artists when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales and customer service experience, preferably in a high end retail or salon setting
  • Ability to work in a dynamic shop environment with varying shifts
  • Strong phone, computer, and math skills
  • Ability to prioritize the client experience while multi tasking
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with peers, supervisors and clients
