Soni's growing client is seeking a dynamic
Director of Facilities
to lead operational excellence, drive compliance, and oversee high-impact facility and vendor management across multiple sites.

Respinsibilities

  • Direct and manage operational and facility functions to ensure efficiency, compliance, and quality across all sites.
  • Lead a small team by setting clear objectives, monitoring progress, and supporting professional development.
  • Oversee vendor partnerships, negotiate contracts, and approve service agreements to maintain cost control and performance standards.
  • Collaborate with finance, legal, and compliance teams on procurement, renewals, and regulatory adherence.
  • Manage facility operations, including preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and emergency response.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for audits and compliance reviews.
  • Coordinate new site acquisitions, construction projects, and licensing processes, ensuring timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Develop systems for tracking vendor performance, maintenance activities, and operational metrics.
  • Produce regular reports on vendor performance, facility maintenance, and key operational indicators.
  • Support leadership with project planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, facilities, or vendor management, including at least 2 years in a leadership or project management role.
  • Skilled in contract administration, maintenance planning, and compliance processes.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation: $120,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications
