This is a rare opportunity to be part of the foundational team building the Cybersecurity Product Line at Sheetz. You will play a key leadership role, guiding Delivery Teams and collaborating closely with the Scrum Master to bring strategy to life, shaping how cybersecurity products are envisioned, built, and delivered across the organization.

This role qualifies for a remote work arrangement within our 7 state footprint (PA, OH, MI, WV, VA, MD, NC).

This position offers a base salary range of $102,039 - $170,068 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus based on company performance.

OVERVIEW

Responsible for contributing to the product(s) roadmap and ensuring their delivery team(s) have a groomed backlog that aligns to the product(s) strategy and roadmap. Work with delivery teams, Product Management team, RISC, and business stakeholders to create detailed stories with acceptance criteria that support the work efforts within the product(s) Roadmap.

RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)

1. Assist Product Management team in product(s) strategy, roadmap creation and management of epics.
2. Ensures assigned delivery team(s) have a groomed, ready backlog that aligns to the product(s) strategy, roadmap, plans, and desired economic outcomes. Assist less experienced team members in backlog preparation.
3. Work with the delivery team, Product Management team, RISC, and business stakeholders to create detailed stories with acceptance criteria that support the work efforts within the product(s) Roadmap.
4. Lead coordination efforts with Product Ownership team, Product Management team, Project Management team, and Delivery teams to align sprint plans and manage dependencies.
5. Proactively manage risks and issues through communication, technical spikes, and phased implementations; escalate to Product Management team, Project Management team, and other appropriate parties, as required.
6. Prioritize escalated support tickets and problems, collaborate with Product Management and Technical Support Management on priority of this work where it will impact product roadmap timing.
7. Ensure the required system documentation is complete and up to date.
8. Lead rollout plan creation for any Sheetz team member facing product utilizing input from key stakeholders and Product Management team.
9. Responsible for ensuring that delivered user stories meet the acceptance criteria, risk, security, and quality standards.
10. Attend, participate, and facilitate sprint ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand up, sprint review and sprint retrospectives.
11. Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced Product Owners in all aspects of the Product Ownership process.
12. Participate in the creation and maintenance of the Product "community of practice" processes, templates, and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)


Education

• Bachelor's degree with courses in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is required.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Information Systems, or related is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 7 years of IT experience is required.

• Minimum 4 years of product management or related experience in project management, IT or business leadership is required.

Licenses/Certifications

• Product Manager/Product Owner (e.g., SAFe, AIPMM, CSPO) or Project Manager certification required.
