What began as a seasonal catering company has grown into a year-round operation—and now, we're thrilled to be opening our very own storefront café Our team is like family: positive, hardworking, and passionate about good food, good coffee, and genuine hospitality.
The Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic Barista/Cashier to join our team as we open our new café. This role will focus primarily on providing a warm, welcoming experience for our café guests—crafting quality beverages, taking orders, serving pastries, and restocking product throughout the day
We're looking for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives in a busy environment, and values teamwork. If you enjoy great coffee, good food, and working with others who share that passion, you'll fit right in
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service
- Prepare various coffee, espresso, and tea beverages to Grounded's quality standards
- Handle transactions at the register (cash and digital payments)
- Maintaining a clean space
- Restock and organize the storefront throughout the day
- Position Includes: Possible Offsite Catering - Join our waitstaff team on event days—help serve at weddings, private gatherings, and corporate events when needed

- Previous barista or café experience
