Print and Promo Customer Service Associate
to join our team.

Are you a person with a passion for helping others? This is a great entry-level opportunity for a dependable and detail-oriented team member. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll help them with their orders for things like marketing materials, apparel, branded promotional products, etc. If you're looking for a stable, full-time job in a supportive workplace, we'll train you in everything you need to know about our products and processes.

What You'll Do:

  • Learn About Our Products:
    Become an expert on our wide range of printing and promotional items.
  • Customer Support:
    Serve as a point of contact for customers, assisting them with their orders and answering questions over the phone and by email.
  • Order Management:
    Accurately process, track, and quality-check orders for a wide range of products before they are shipped.
  • Problem-Solving:
    Help find solutions to any issues that arise during the order or production process.
  • Team Collaboration:
    Work closely with our production and shipping teams to get orders completed efficiently.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A team player who is willing to help with whatever is needed to get the job done.

· Must possess basic computer skills and the ability to use computers and technology for information, and to access information necessary to complete the job such as open, save and send electronic files.

· Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service, production, manufacturing, or shipping.
  • Previous working experience in the print industry.

Skills in MS Office applications, Internet navigation and use.
