Key Responsibilities:Analytics Leadership & Execution
- Lead end-to-end analytics initiatives including scoping, data exploration, modelling, visualization, and reporting.

- Standardize analytics processes, reporting frameworks, and data definitions.
Team Mentorship & Collaboration
- Mentor junior analysts; establish best practices in analytics, data quality, and communication.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, finance, marketing, operations, and engineering.
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and KPI frameworks.
Data Modeling & Reporting
- Develop dashboards, scorecards, and BI reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Build scalable data models to support business needs.
- Monitor data quality, integrity, anomalies, and governance controls.
Advanced & Applied Analytics
- Use statistical techniques, forecasting, segmentation, cohort analysis, and experimentation frameworks.
- Evaluate trends, customer behavior, business performance, and operational efficiency.
- Recommend strategies based on predictive modelling and data insights.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles.
- Strong expertise in data analysis, SQL, data visualization tools, and dashboard development.
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data in BI/reporting environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to transform data into actionable insights.
