Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Special Projects Intern
to support strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects that drive innovation and operational excellence. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work directly with senior leaders and contribute to high-impact initiatives across the organization.
What You'll Do
Assist in the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of strategic projects across departments.
Participate in discovery, ideation, design, and testing sessions and workshops related to assigned projects.
Prepare presentations, reports, and project management documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to solution development.
Support ad hoc tasks and initiatives as assigned by the PMO team.
What We Need
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field.
A curious and proactive individual with a passion for learning and problem-solving.
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to meaningful work.
A team player who is comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks.
Desired Qualifications
Strong organizational, operational, and communication skills.
Interest in business and operational project management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Base Salary Band: $21-$23
per hour
