About the Role

We're seeking a 
Restaurant Manager
 who's hands-on, people-driven, and ready to lead with heart. You'll oversee daily operations, inspire your team, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile (and maybe a pizza box).

You'll play a key role in upholding Mamma Lucia's tradition of warm service, great food, and community connection.

What You'll Do

  • Lead day-to-day restaurant operations and drive sales and profitability
  • Supervise and train team members to deliver top-quality food and exceptional service
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Oversee team scheduling, payroll, and performance management
  • Hire, coach, and develop a strong, motivated team
  • Engage in local community marketing and build customer relationships

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of management or leadership experience (restaurant or hospitality preferred)
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with POS systems (Toast experience a plus) and basic Excel skills
  • High School diploma or GED required; college degree a plus
