No two days are the same; you might be fixing a leaky pipe in the morning, repairing a guest area in the afternoon, or conducting safety checks to ensure our attractions remain in top shape. With two very different buildings to maintain, one focused on aquatic life and the other on an interactive, high-energy guest experience, every day brings new challenges and plenty of opportunities to show off your skills.

  • Utilize hands-on expertise to solve problems quickly, minimizing downtime and maximizing the guest experience.
  • Perform custodial duties, re-lamping and lighting repairs, painting and wall repair, and equipment setup or take-down.
  • Support shipping, receiving, and installation of exhibits and technical equipment as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to maintain smooth operations.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade certification preferred.
  • Over one year of experience directly managing or leading a small maintenance team.
  • Relevant hands-on experience with repairs and upkeep in buildings such as apartment complexes, schools, gyms, or attractions.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance areas including painting, woodwork, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general handyman repairs.
  • Experience creating schedules, setting weekly maintenance goals, and coordinating multiple sites or teams.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and flexible, with the ability to work independently and guide a team under high-pressure conditions.
