Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Operation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in data entry, and the ability to work in a fast pace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process new account applications and manage updates for existing client accounts, including registration changes and fund movement.
  • Respond to client requests, research and resolve account issues, and prepare reports and materials for client review meetings.
  • Collaborate with custodians and external partners to manage accounts, address inquiries, and ensure seamless operational workflows.
  • Adhere to compliance standards and work closely with the Compliance Department to ensure all records and procedures meet regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with internal teams—including client services and advisors—to facilitate smooth operations and resolve challenges.
  • Continuously review processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
  • Detailed Oriented
  • Self Starter is a must
  • Experience in Customer Onboarding and Client Onboarding
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is a plus
  • Experience in the wealth management industry is beneficial

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
