About Us

Urban Dunes is a fun and safe indoor play space designed for children up to 9 years old. We focus on sensory play, creativity, and hands-on fun through sand play, themed zones, and special events.

Your Role

As a Play Attendant, you'll help create a warm, welcoming, and clean environment for families while encouraging safe, imaginative play. You'll also assist during birthday parties, support daily operations, and help promote our space through fun content creation.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise children during play and always prioritize safety.
  • Engage with kids — play with them, guide them, and make their experience fun.
  • Greet families with a friendly, warm attitude and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, including play areas, seating zones, and restrooms.
  • Assist with birthday party setup, organization, and supervision.
  • Take photos and short videos (with permission) for our social media pages — capturing happy, fun, family-friendly moments.
  • Report any safety, maintenance, or cleanliness issues promptly.
  • Support teammates and help keep the overall atmosphere positive and welcoming.
  • Work according to a set schedule with rotating shifts, including some weekends and holidays.

Compensation
