Job Title: Supplement Processor

Classification: Non-exempt

Department: Credit, Data, Verification

Reports to: Operations Manager, CDV

Position Summary

Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the Supplement Processor will process trade line supplement requests and verification for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide existing customer support which may include but not be limited to answering phone calls, completing client conference calls, and calling creditors to verify client information

  • Process Supplements in technology system and update credit report with accurate verified information

  • Manage customer and/or product-specific projects that may be assigned periodically

Qualifications

  • Must have at least 2 years of customer service related duties

  • Previous experience working with consumer credit reports strongly preferred

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products

  • Ability to analyze and resolve routine customer service-related issues of diverse scopes

  • Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in person and by telephone

  • Must have the ability to interpret and communicate detailed product information

  • Need to be an outgoing individual with an assertive yet supportive skillset

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
