Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technician/Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service while efficiently handling transactions. Duties

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and other healthcare professionals to support patient service initiatives.
  • Keep the checkout area clean and organized, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
  • Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and monitoring product availability.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Experience as a pharmacy technician/cashier in a retail setting
  • Proficient in Spanish and English Language. - Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register (pos system)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact patiently with customers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Must be able to pass any required background checks related to the healthcare industry.
