Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our dynamic team at Fujiyama Steakhouse of Japan. Located conveniently in Indianapolis, this role is crucial in delivering outstanding service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system.
  • Ensure food safety and proper handling practices are followed at all times.
  • Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred not required.
  • Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Familiarity with or similar reservation systems is a plus.
  • Strong time management skills to efficiently manage multiple tables.
