What Makes This Different:

Guaranteed Weekly Pay Structure: Your earnings are guaranteed at $1,150-$1,350 weekly, eliminating the income fluctuations common in trucking. You know what you're making before the week starts.

Minimal Freight Handling: 95% of loads are no-touch freight. The remaining 5% only involves adjusting a few pieces in the trailer-not full loading or unloading. 85% drop and hook means more drive time, less dock time.

Modern Equipment You Take Home: Drive International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, or Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling without constant idling. Take your truck and trailer home during resets when safe parking is available.

Strong Benefits Package: Medical, dental, and vision insurance start the first of the month after 60 days. $20,000 free life insurance included. 401(k) with 50% match on deposits up to 3% ($1,500 max match). Vacation pay. Passenger policy after 30 days (ages 10-20 allowed June-August; 21+ year-round except first winter). No pet policy.
