Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in vehicle maintenance. This role requires proficiency in using hand tools and power tools, as well as the ability to diagnose and repair various mechanical issues. The Mechanic will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our vehicles.

Duties

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations.
  • Diagnose mechanical problems using diagnostic tools, including an ohmmeter, to assess electrical systems.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs and installations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all services performed on vehicles.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs while adhering to safety standards.
  • Stay updated on the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.

Qualifications

  • Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driver's license is preferred but not needed.
  • Immigration status not important

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1, $1,500.00 per week
