As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be at the heart of this mission, guiding prospective residents to their perfect home with positivity, professionalism, and stellar communication skills.

About the Role

We're seeking a high-energy, people-oriented professional to join our Downtown Cincinnati team. In this role, you'll be responsible for connecting with prospective residents, delivering exceptional service, and helping maximize occupancy while ensuring an outstanding leasing experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building relationships, and wants to grow their career in property management.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with prospective residents, showcase properties, and provide professional, seamless tours

  • Conduct on-site tours, answer questions, and guide prospects through the leasing process

  • Maximize rental rates by leasing units efficiently through effective showings and follow-up strategies

  • Serve as the primary contact for prospects, providing accurate and timely information

  • Collaborate with the Property Management Team to ensure a cohesive leasing experience

  • Deliver top-notch service to both prospects and residents, creating a positive and lasting impression

What You'll Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)

  • Sales experience required; leasing experience a plus

  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication skills and professional appearance

  • Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

  • Flexibility to work weekends as needed

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
