Position Description:

The Parts Advisor (Retail) is responsible for selling parts and accessories to parts customers and actively solicits accounts.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist front and back counter, retail customers, via phone, email, and in person.
• Build and sustain customer relationships with a friendly personality.
• Promote all brands and programs to customers.
• Working knowledge of the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Document and submit a special-order request.
• Excellent phone etiquette skills.
• Other duties or projects as assigned by Management.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Self-starter, great attitude, high integrity, and energy.
• Professional appearance.
• Dependable transportation.
• Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance helpful.
• Effective analytical and communication skills.
• Good reading, computer, and mathematics skills.
• Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications.
• Ability to work some scheduled Saturday's.
• Experience with a DMS system, preferably CDK, and MS Office Outlook, Excel, and Word preferred

All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to qualify for employment.

Pre-Employment testing includes a successful background check and drug testing.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Day Shift

Education/Requirements:

• High school or equivalent
