Position: Scoop Specialist
We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented team member to join our sweet crew As a Scoop Specialist, you'll be the face of The Social Cow, serving up handcrafted ice cream, engaging with guests, and keeping our space as fresh as our flavors.
Schedule:
- Tuesday – Friday: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Weekends: As needed for peak hours, events, or coverage
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with enthusiasm and provide exceptional service
- Scoop and serve ice cream efficiently and neatly
- Operate the register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including counters, freezers, and prep spaces
- Restock toppings, prepare cones, and supplies throughout the shift
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
- Support special events or community pop-ups when needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous ice cream or dessert shop experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Must be 18 years or older

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $ $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 28 per week
