Speech Language Pathologist/ Speech Therapist

Job Summary
Join a supportive and collaborative school team where you can make a real difference in the lives of students We are seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow to provide speech and language services to students in a positive, inclusive, and growth-focused school environment.
As an SLP in our district, you'll work closely with educators, families, and other support staff to develop and implement individualized therapy plans, conduct evaluations, and help students overcome communication challenges that impact their academic and social success.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for students.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on students' specific speech/language needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students (individual and/or group sessions) in alignment with IEP goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support students' communication needs in the classroom.
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to ensure continued growth.
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and parent conferences.
- Provide consultation and support to school staff regarding speech/language development and strategies.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid State SLP License or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred (CFY candidates welcome to apply)
- Experience working with children or in a school setting (preferred but not required
