About the Role

We are a growing mobile lab and specimen collection service providing convenient, on-site diagnostic collection for patients, healthcare facilities, telehealth clinics, and employers. We are seeking reliable, professional Mobile Phlebotomists to perform blood draws, urine collection, swabs, and specimen delivery across the Chattanooga area.

This is flexible, high-earning work ideal for experienced phlebotomists who want independence, variety, and a professional environment without the stress of a clinical setting.

What You'll Do

  • Perform high-quality venipuncture for patients in homes, facilities, workplaces, and clinics
  • Collect blood, urine, saliva, and swab specimens as required
  • Process, label, package, and handle specimens according to lab requirements
  • Deliver specimens to Quest, LabCorp, PathGroup, AEL, or assigned labs
  • Complete specialty lab kits (Everlywell, Rupa Health, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance
  • Communicate professionally with patients, caregivers, and facility staff
  • Maintain a clean, organized mobile lab kit and supply inventory
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience

Requirements

Must Have:

  • Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience
  • Proficiency with difficult draws, geriatric patients, and pediatric draws (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
  • Active CPR certification (preferred, not required)
  • Smartphone for scheduling, communication, and documentation
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
  • Ability to transport specimens safely in a cooler (provided if needed)
  • Professional appearance, reliability, and strong attention to detail

Compensation

You are paid per service, not hourly. Typical earnings:

  • $20–$30 per standard blood draw
  • $35–$45 per facility visit
  • $25–$35 per specialty kit draw
  • $15–$20 per urine or drug test
  • $5–$15 travel bonus for long-distance assignments

Average mobile phlebotomist earns:

$30–$55/hr equivalent

High-volume days can exceed $75–$100+/hr

Weekly direct deposit available.
