Job Summary:

The Reporting Experience role supports the firm's reporting infrastructure by building, managing, and enhancing the reporting processes across the following systems: portfolio reporting management software (Orion), CRM (Salesforce), and relevant custodial platforms.

This role is responsible for maintaining report packages and libraries, overseeing quarterly performance report production, and ensuring data integrity across all reporting outputs. The associate provides consultative support for new implementations, identifies opportunities to improve reporting tools and best practices, and assists with inquiries related to report output and configuration.

Working collaboratively with Compliance, Product Management, Transitions, and Business Development teams, the Reporting Experience Analyst delivers timely, accurate, and insightful reporting solutions to support Home Office, Advisory Teams, and client needs.

Location: Stamford, CT or Pittsburgh, PA

Duties/Responsibilities:

Areas of Coverage

  • Portfolio Performance Software Queries & Reports
  • CRM Reports
  • Custodian Reports, Statements

Report Management & Maintenance

  • Report Packages
  • Management of Quarterly Performance Report Batches
  • Reports & Sub-Reports Library Management
  • Custom Report Settings

Implementation & Research

  • Consultative support for implementation
  • Scope potential opportunities to add to/enhance existing report library within the confines of reporting best practices for the firm
  • Support reporting data & responding to inquiries regarding report output
  • Produce supportive materials and documentation for Learning Hub & internal resources

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2 years of industry experience; investment reporting experience a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Information Systems, or related field preferred; not required
  • Experience working with Orion Advisor Technology: Orion Connect (Reporting), Salesforce (CRM), and custodial platforms a plus
  • Strong proficiency with reporting systems and Excel
  • Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional environment
  • Ability to manage large datasets, validate accuracy, and ensure data integrity
  • Analytical, highly organized, and adaptable to evolving systems and reporting needs
