Outside Sales Representative (Field Sales | Orange County, FL)
We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow business within Orange County, Florida. This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives in the field, enjoys building long-term customer relationships, and consistently delivers results.
The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting, client visits, estimating, proposal follow-up, and closing sales while representing the company with professionalism and integrity.

- Local travel within assigned territory required
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business through outbound sales, referrals, and networking
- Manage and grow an existing customer base
- Conduct in-person client visits, site walks, and consultations
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and sales presentations
- Follow up on leads and opportunities from marketing and inbound inquiries
- Negotiate pricing and close sales in alignment with company guidelines
- Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and follow-ups
- Collaborate with operations, scheduling, and leadership to ensure smooth project execution
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, field sales, or B2B sales
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and customer-relationship skills
- Self-starter with strong time management and organization
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Proficient with CRM systems, mobile apps, and basic computer tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Construction, home services, fencing, or related industry experience a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Flexible schedule based on client needs
Compensation
- Base salary + commission (competitive and uncapped)
- Mileage reimbursement or vehicle allowance (if applicable)
- Performance-based incentives
Pay: $48, $58,557.38 per year
