Outside Sales Representative (Field Sales | Orange County, FL)

We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow business within Orange County, Florida. This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives in the field, enjoys building long-term customer relationships, and consistently delivers results.

The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting, client visits, estimating, proposal follow-up, and closing sales while representing the company with professionalism and integrity.

Territory

  • Orange County, FL
  • Local travel within assigned territory required

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business through outbound sales, referrals, and networking
  • Manage and grow an existing customer base
  • Conduct in-person client visits, site walks, and consultations
  • Prepare estimates, proposals, and sales presentations
  • Follow up on leads and opportunities from marketing and inbound inquiries
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales in alignment with company guidelines
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with operations, scheduling, and leadership to ensure smooth project execution
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, field sales, or B2B sales
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and customer-relationship skills
  • Self-starter with strong time management and organization
  • Comfortable working independently in the field
  • Proficient with CRM systems, mobile apps, and basic computer tools
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Construction, home services, fencing, or related industry experience a plus
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday
  • Flexible schedule based on client needs

Compensation

  • Base salary + commission (competitive and uncapped)
  • Mileage reimbursement or vehicle allowance (if applicable)
  • Performance-based incentives

Pay: $48, $58,557.38 per year
