Front Desk Assistant/Receptionist

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, personal care assistant, assisting with administrative duties, client support, and day-to-day operations. This position requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative Duties
- Greet visitors as they enter building.
- Answer the front desk phone and assist callers with questions.
- Provide information concerning the program to callers as needed.
- Log clients entering and exiting the building daily.
- Be familiar with client CFL schedules and transportation. Assist in ensuring pick up and drop off runs smoothly, including contacting transportation company if needed.
- Assist with the personal care needs of assigned clients.
- File documentation as assigned by the Director of ADDT.
Other Duties as Assigned
- Assist in building maintenance, i.e., studio, kitchen, gallery, lobby, etc.
- Discourage clients from waiting for transportation in the lobby.
- Assist clients in using the phone as needed.
- Replace the items needed in the first aid kit.
- Assist art teachers when needed.
- Assist with upcoming art shows
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work without close supervision.
- Ability to keep confidential information confidential.
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients, coworkers, and families.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $ $14.00 per hour
