Environmental Works LLC is currently seeking an ALL-STAR Customer Service Representative.

If you are an EXPERIENCED customer service ALL-STAR who maintains a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude with the ability to maintain strong multi-tasking and customer service skills in a EXTREMELY fast-paced environment, this is the position for you.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • First point of contact on HIGH volume multi-line telephone system
  • Coordinating scheduling of multiple services with clients and project managers
  • Maintain and build customer relationships
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, contracts, and emails
  • Maintain daily office duties to assure functionality, cleanliness, and efficiency

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on customer service experience required*
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a MUST
  • Google Calendar experience a MUST
  • Service Titan Experience a PLUS
  • Experience with multi-line telephone system a MUST
  • Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills
  • Good multitasking skills and attention to detail
  • Maintain a positive upbeat attitude
  • Maintain outstanding attendance
