Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production team member to join our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the efficient operation of our assembly lines and manufacturing processes. Your hands-on involvement will help produce high-quality products while maintaining safety and productivity standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to develop their mechanical skills and gain factory experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts safely to move raw materials, components, and finished products within the manufacturing facility and warehouse areas
  • Assist with assembly line tasks, including assembling parts using hand tools and power tools according to specifications
  • Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning and identify maintenance needs
  • Use hand tools and power tools to support assembly, repair, or modification tasks as required
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency on the factory floor
  • Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper handling of materials and use of personal protective equipment
  • Support warehouse operations by loading, unloading, and storing materials efficiently

Experience

  • Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided
  • Familiarity with assembly line processes and hand tools is advantageous
  • Experience operating forklifts or certification in forklift operation is a plus
  • Basic mechanical knowledge or aptitude for working with mechanical components is desirable
  • Warehouse experience involving the use of power tools and material handling equipment is beneficial
