Responsibilities of a Verizon Sales Associate

  • Present and explain Verizon wireless, fiber internet, and home connectivity solutions
  • Assist customers with service enrollments, activations, upgrades, and billing support
  • Deliver excellent customer service and sales assistance in every interaction
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activity, client accounts, and performance goals
  • Collaborate with managers and teammates to meet sales and customer satisfaction objectives
  • Build lasting customer relationships through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
  • Stay informed on Verizon promotions, products, and industry updates

As a Verizon Sales Associate, you'll work directly with customers to introduce them to wireless, internet, and home service solutions that improve everyday connectivity.
