About the Role

We're hiring HVAC Service Technicians who can diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems — including air conditioners, heat pumps, gas systems, and package units.

We don't use gimmicky upselling tactics — just honest, high-quality service and 5-star customer experiences every time.

Typical Day Includes:

• Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems (capacitors, thermostats, contactors, compressors, etc.)
• Identifying and repairing refrigerant leaks
• Educating customers on repair options, IAQ products, and system upgrades
• Using strong communication and customer service skills to ensure satisfaction

What You'll Need

• Residential HVAC service experience (2+ years required)
• EPA Certification
• Valid driver's license and clean background
• Own hand tools and positive attitude
• Positive Attitude
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
