Heritage Palms Golf & Country Club is excited to welcome members back to our newly renovated Tiki/Oasis, a lively outdoor dining and social destination. We are seeking dependable, energetic Bussers to support our service team and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment for our members and guests.

Position Summary

As a Busser at the Tiki/Oasis, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth restaurant operations by clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables, assisting servers, and keeping the dining area tidy and organized. If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a strong team, and supporting great service, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

  • Promptly clear and reset tables to club standards
  • Assist servers with delivering food, water, and condiments as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining, service, and outdoor areas
  • Ensure supplies are stocked (silverware, napkins, glassware, etc.)
  • Assist with keeping service stations organized and prepared
  • Be attentive and responsive to member needs and requests
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and club procedures

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong work ethic and ability to stay active throughout the shift
  • Positive attitude and willingness to assist team members
  • Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Pay: $12.00 per hour
