Logistics Group is a large-scale integrated warehousing company that provides comprehensive cross-border e-commerce services, including international warehousing and logistics, Amazon FBA fulfillment, and drop-shipping solutions. The company operates major warehouse centers across the United States, including Los Angeles, Atlanta, Houston, and New Jersey, with a total warehouse area exceeding one million square feet nationwide.Due to business expansion, we are now hiring one Accountant II (U.S. Region)Accountant II (U.S. Region)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to join our finance team and take ownership of financial operations for our U.S. region. This role will be responsible for revenue, cost, and expense recognition; preparing accurate financial statements; participating in monthly closing processes; generating consolidated U.S. cash flow reports; and overseeing tax-related matters.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, solid analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with business units to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage revenue, cost, and expense recognition for the U.S. region in compliance with GAAP.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare and analyze U.S. regional cash flow reports.
• Coordinate and manage all U.S. tax-related matters, especially experiences regarding transfer pricing and international tax planning
• Partner with business units to analyze operational and financial performance.
• Communicate effectively with finance teams in the U.S. and China.
• Other job duties assigned by accounting manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, firm experiences a plus
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience in warehouse and logistics accounting is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese; able to collaborate effectively with global teams.
• Must be able to work onsite in Cranbury, NJ, five days a week.
• Proficiency in Excel skills at an intermediate level is required.
• Proficiency in Python, R, Power BI, and Tableau is a plus, not required.

Salary:

• 60-75K
