New Brighton Family Dentistry is a growing, state-of-the-art dental clinic in New Brighton, MN, led by Dr. Tara Vattadi and Dr. Grayson West. We are committed to providing high-quality dental care, maintaining the highest standards of infection control, and utilizing the latest technology. We recently expanded and remodeled our entire office with all-new equipment to better serve our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Chairside assisting for a wide range of general dentistry procedures.
  • Set up and clean up of operatories before and after dental appointments.
  • Take prescribed X-rays and impressions, as certified.
  • Process and sterilize instruments according to infection control standards.
  • Support the front office staff by answering phones and scheduling appointments as needed.

Qualifications

  • Must have experience as a dental assistant or have a dental assisting license.
  • Experience with CBCT, Cerec, Schick sensors, and Eaglesoft practice management software is highly recommended.

Schedule and Compensation

  • Full-Time: 34 hours per week, Tuesday–Friday plus one half-day Saturday per month (September through May), compensated at double pay.
  • Competitive hourly pay plus a generous bonus program (typically averaging an additional $6–$8 per hour for the entire year). Note that posted max wage includes typical bonus pay.
