Codeworks is an IT Services firm in SE Wisconsin, known for our strong commitment to quality and for our direct client relationships.

We are seeking a .NET Developer with a strong background in web services development for a long-term contract opportunity with our direct client with offices in Milwaukee WI. The role follows a hybrid work model.

The type of work this individual will be involved in ranges from doing greenfield development, to support and lifecycle. This work includes API development, UI development and back-end application development for overnight processing. Projects vary, but currently we are working on tax document processing, automation of trade processing, and development of services to support applications being built for branch offices.

Looking for candidates with the following skills:

  • Senior level .NET Generalist with strong preference for experience writing/using web services.
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Experience with Test Driven Development
  • Exposure to Entity Framework or other ORM
  • It's strongly preferred the candidate has experience with:
  • C#, Web API, JavaScript
  • A plus to have:
  • React, Flutter, CSS, MVC, CA Autosys, Azure development, working with a design system
