Description
- Manage daily warehouse operations with a focus on food logistics and production management.
- Ensure compliance with USDA regulations, HACCP, GMP, and SSOP standards.
- Oversee and implement food safety protocols and maintain audit readiness.
- Lead and develop a team to achieve operational goals and improve processes.
- Monitor and optimize manufacturing KPIs to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and ensure minimal downtime.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives within procurement and supply chain activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall operational efficiency in food logistics.

Profile
A successful Warehouse Operations Manager (Food Logistics) should have:
- Strong knowledge of USDA compliance, HACCP, GMP, and food safety protocols.
- Proven expertise in production management and process improvement.
- Experience in meat processing and understanding of SSOP practices.
- Leadership skills to manage and develop a diverse operations team.
- Proficiency in managing equipment maintenance and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Bilingual Spanish skills are highly preferred.
Job Offer
