Title Clerk

Responsibilities

• Process all title and registration paperwork for new and used vehicles sold through the dealership.
• Submit and follow up on title work with the state DMV and lenders.
• Verify accuracy of VINs, liens, odometer readings, and required documentation.
• Maintain organized title files and records.
• Communicate professionally with customers, lenders, and state agencies.
• Assist with general office and accounting support as needed.

Qualifications

• Automotive title experience preferred (dealership or tag agency preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with dealership DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds, or similar) a plus.
• Must be dependable, professional, and trustworthy with sensitive documents.
