Job Summary

Advanced Hardware Supply Inc. looking for a responsible and dependable Customer Service Rep to provide excellent service for our customers and assist in some daily warehouse functions. You will work in a team environment and be an integral part of team building and meeting team goals.

Responsibilities

Answer phones and provide friendly and helpful customer service

Write up orders accurately and in a timely manner

Complete all necessary steps to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently

Complete special orders

Address and resolve customer issues through impeccable follow up and control

Answer customer questions about products, price, and availability

Emphasize product features based on customer need, and product capabilities/limitations.

Select the correct products or assist customers in making product selections.

Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information such as product specifications and use, selling strategies, special offers, and marketing information.

Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.

Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of your area.

Comply with all company expectations, rules, and standards.

Complete special projects as directed from his/her Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour
