Position Overview

This is not a spa role—it's a clinical opportunity for a seasoned aesthetician who thrives in a results-oriented environment. You'll deliver advanced treatments using the latest medical-grade devices and protocols, guiding patients through customized plans that prioritize efficacy, safety, and long-term skin health. Your ability to educate, build trust, and drive measurable outcomes will be key.

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced medical aesthetic treatments including Hydrafacials, chemical peels, tattoo removal, and skin rejuvenation therapies
  • Conduct thorough skin assessments and develop strategic, results-focused treatment plans
  • Lead consultations with a focus on education, realistic outcomes, and long-term care
  • Operate state-of-the-art laser and energy-based devices with precision and confidence
  • Build lasting patient relationships through high-touch service and follow-through
  • Recommend and upgrade treatments and products based on clinical need, not price
  • Collaborate with our team to maintain a culture of excellence, integrity, and innovation

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a licensed Medical Aesthetician in a clinical setting
  • Proven success in upselling based on results and patient trust
  • Expertise in laser technologies and regenerative skin therapies
  • Deep knowledge of medical-grade skincare ingredients and protocols
  • Exceptional communication skills and a consultative, patient-first mindset
  • Existing local clientele is a plus

Pay: $ $35.00 per hour
