Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team at a premier hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls effectively.
- Assist with night audit procedures as required.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold high standards of guest relations and hospitality throughout the hotel.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with hospitality management software is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing guest requests and reservations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Base Pay: From $18.00 per hour
