At Tower 17 Properties and Management, the Rental Inspector plays a critical, hands-on role in making sure our properties meet the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest readiness.

This is an active and detailed position, and built for someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time. You'll work independently, move through multiple properties during your shift, and follow a 96-point checklist to verify each home looks guest ready.

What You'll be doing:

• Inspect & certify each property against a 96-point quality-control checklist (cleanliness, organization, stock levels).
• Flag and document incomplete cleaning or damages; coordinate fixes with cleaning and maintenance crews.
• Perform light touch-ups (wipe surfaces, restock linens, tidy patios, BBQs, entryways).
• Run guest-supply errands (mileage reimbursed) and stage welcome items.
• Communicate in real time with Property Manager and support teams via smartphone apps and Google Workspace.
• Support seasonal projects (deep cleans, inventory counts, holiday décor) and jump in where needed.

Qualifications:

• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
• 100/300 auto insurance
• Ability to lift 25lbs and work in a light physical setting
• Smartphone compatibility
• Attention to detail

Schedule & Pay:

• This position requires working weekends
• $22.50/hr
• Part-time schedule around 20-30 hours a week
• Temp-to-hire
