Experience

  • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
  • Must have at least 24 months of Operating Room experience.
  • 3 months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
  • 3 months of experience with Epic is required from last 6 months.

Requirements

  • Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).
  • This role may require floating to additional units and locations
  • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Unit/Facility Details:
An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Unit Specific Skillset: Orthopedic service line (40% of total volume), proficiency with Orthopedic Hana table, Total Knees and Hips/Strong Ortho, cataract procedure, c-section circulator role

Surgery covers OB c-sections and all hospital inpatient and outpatient surgeries

One on-call team on-call at end of day to provide 24/7 coverage.

On Call/Call Back Requirements: End of shift until 0630, RN take call once a week in addition to weekend rotation

Weekends: One weekend (Fri end of shift to Monday morning 0630) every 6 weeks and one week day overnight per week

Floating Requirements:
Waukesha Memorial and Mukwonago

Employee should not be asked to work outside of his/her Clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and Staffency. Candidate will be required to float to units and facilities based on census.
